素质教育是以提高全民族素质为宗旨的教育。实施素质教育是一项复杂的社会系统工程,具有长期性和艰巨性。农村中学推行素质教育更加艰巨和复杂。教育观念的转变、教材课程的改革、师资队伍建设和考核评估机制的建立是农村中学推行素质教育的几个关键问题。探索和处理好以上几个方面的问题,有助于构建农村中学素质教育模式。
Quality education is education aimed at improving the quality of the entire nation. Implementing quality education is a complex social system project that is long-term and arduous. The implementation of quality education in rural middle schools is even more arduous and complicated. The change of educational concepts, the reform of teaching materials courses, the construction of teaching staff, and the establishment of assessment and evaluation mechanisms are some of the key issues in the promotion of quality education in rural middle schools. Exploring and handling the above problems will help build the model of quality education in rural middle schools.
