本实验观察了环境高温引起家兔体温升高过程中血浆(blood)、脑脊液(CSF)和视前区-下丘脑前区(PO/AH)环核苷酸的浓度变化。实验用健康成年家兔40只,分成4组:Ⅰ组为不受热对照组,直肠温度(Trec)37.9℃,Ⅱ组为Trec 40.5℃组,Ⅲ组为Trec 41.5℃组,Ⅳ组为Trec 42.5℃组。结果表明,在热应激过程中,动物blood、CSF和PO/AH确实存在着环核苷酸的浓度变化,环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)和环磷酸鸟苷(cGMP)基本上呈平行变化,未见到cAMP与cGMP此增彼减现象。Blood与CSF中环核苷酸含量均随体温上升而增高,呈同向改变;但PO/AH中环核苷酸含量则随体温上升而降低,与blood、CSF相比较,呈反向改变。
In this study, the concentrations of nucleotides in plasma, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and preoptic area - hypothalamic precordial area (PO / AH) in the rabbits with elevated temperature were observed. Forty healthy adult rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: group Ⅰ without heat control, rectal temperature (Trec) 37.9 ℃, group Trec 40.5 ℃, group Ⅲ Trec 41.5 ℃, group Ⅳ Trec 42.5 ℃ group. The results showed that there was indeed a change in the concentration of cyclic nucleotides in blood, CSF and PO / AH during heat stress, with cAMP and cGMP changing substantially in parallel, CAMP and cGMP have not seen this increase and decrease phenomenon. The contents of nucleotides in blood and CSF increased with increasing body temperature and changed in the same direction. However, the content of nucleotides in PO / AH decreased with the rise of body temperature and contrasted with that of blood and CSF.
