(3)非对称基本分配前面提到过,冠形齿轮不同的分度圆直径(齿的数量),会导致力矩的非对称分配。这种由部件的几何形状所引起的力矩分配,就叫非对称基本分配。不同的分度圆直径就产生了不同的杠杆力臂,因此就把输入的力矩按大约60∶40传递出去。也就是说:总驱动力矩的约60%被送往后桥,约40%被送往前桥,如图16、图17所示。这个基本分配在所有工况都起作
(3) Asymmetric basic distribution As mentioned earlier, the different pitch circle diameter (number of teeth) of the crown gear leads to an asymmetrical distribution of the torque. This part of the geometry caused by the distribution of torque, called asymmetric basic distribution. Different indexing circle diameters produce different leverage arms, thus transmitting the input moment about 60:40. That is to say: About 60% of the total driving torque is sent to the rear axle and about 40% to the front axle, as shown in Figure 16 and Figure 17. This basic assignment works in all conditions
