在压铸件的生产中,铸件滞留在静模内无法取出是常有的事。其原因是铸件在动模中的留模力小于在静模中的留模力。一般的解决方法是增大静模内的起模斜度,减小动模内的起模斜度。但在实际生产中,受铸件结构和尺寸的限制,这两种方法收效不大。 我厂在生产“感载比例阀”的阀盖时,往往干5~6件就滞留静模一次,严重影响了生产进度。我们采取了改造顶杆形状的方法,把顶杆的前部做上沟槽,让顶杆拉住毛坯,利用顶杆和模具之间的摩擦力作为留模力。如果这个留模力还不够大,还可以在推板的前部加装弹簧,利用其反弹力作留模力,以达到拉住毛坯的目的。
