为了加强农村学校食堂的卫生监督管理 ,保障学生的身心健康 ,探讨科学的管理对策 ,我们于 1998年 5月进行了本次调查。1 材料与方法对本县辖区内 30所农村中学食堂的卫生现状进行调查 ,根据统一拟定的调查表 ,由专人逐所询问、逐项填写 ,最后将调查表汇总统计。2 结果2 .1
In order to strengthen the health supervision and management of rural school canteens, protect the physical and mental health of students, and explore scientific management strategies, we conducted this survey in May 1998. MATERIALS AND METHODS The health status of the canteens in 30 rural middle schools in the county area was investigated. According to a unified questionnaire, specialists asked for them one by one, and filled in one by one. Finally, the questionnaire was aggregated. 2 Results 2 .1
