某电厂在调试启动时发生断油烧瓦事故。该事故的原因是主油泵出口高压管焊接不良,存在断缝,产生漏油;在油泵吸入口区域,泄漏形或的高压射流使油泵严重气塞,吸不上油;又设备没有设置进油节流孔板,致使轴承回油来不及排出,导致油挡甩油;由于油泄漏及油泵出力不足,致使不能保证供油量。对机组润滑油系统主油泵出口管断缝处重新焊接并进行压力试验以根除油泄漏点、增设进油节流孔板、调整轴承用油量以符合设计油量、更换出力不足的交流润滑油泵。经过处理,机组再次启动定速后,各油压达到设计值,油系统工作正常、可靠。
