优势分流教学,是从学生兴趣需要出发,利用体育教师专业技术上的优势于体育教学之中,把《大纲)教材分项分层进行流动式学习的教学模式。是建立在反省常规体育教学弊端,汲取分项分层教学经验,采取积极流动学习方式的基础上。从根本上改变了常规“单教师多教材”为“多教师单教材”的任课制,进一步改进教学并丰富体育课的内容,为学生提供更大的选择余地和空间,使之在宽松有序的环境中自主学习。其主要优点是:充分调动师生教与学积极性,达到提高教学能力和质量的目的;所采取的分项分层教学,有利于培养学生专项技术以及终身体育意识,对调动学生学习主动性,增强教学效果具有十分重要的意义。 Advantageous diversion teaching is based on the students’ interest needs, using the professional technical advantages of physical education teachers in physical education teaching, and subdividing the teaching materials of the “outline” teaching materials into a teaching model of fluid learning.
