目的 :探讨造成尿液分析仪 (UF - 10 0全自动尿沉渣分析仪和尿十项分析仪 )红细胞假阳性测定的影响因素。方法 :用UF - 10 0法计数尿沉渣红细胞阳性 (RBC >15 /HP)的尿标本和尿十项分析仪测定尿血红蛋白 (BLO)阳性的尿标本用显微镜法镜检红细胞对照。结果 :UF - 10 0计数RBC >15 /HP ,尿十项分析仪测定BLO阳性 ,镜检RBC >3/HP的尿标本 12 0例 ;UF - 10 0计数RBC >15 /HP ,尿十项分析仪测定BLO阴性 ,镜检RBC <3/HP的尿标本有 197例(其中镜检有 :草酸钙结晶 115例 ,酵母样真菌 82例 ) ;UF - 10 0计数RBC <15 /HP ,尿十项分析仪测定BLO阳性 ,镜检RBC <3/HP的尿标本 78例。结论 :菌尿、草酸钙结晶尿影响全自动尿沉渣分析仪和尿十项化学分析仪红细胞检测结果。
Objective: To investigate the influential factors of false positive of erythrocytes caused by urine analyzer (UF - 100 automatic urine sediment analyzer and urine ten analyzer). Methods: Urine specimens of urinary sediment positive erythrocytes (RBC> 15 / HP) and urine were counted by UF - 10 method. Urine hemoglobin (BLO) - positive urine samples were measured by ten decalcification instruments. Microscopic examination of erythrocyte control was performed. Results: UF - 100 counts of RBC> 15 / HP, urinalysis of 10 samples with BLO - positive, microscopic examination of RBC> 3 / HP urine specimens of 120 cases; UF - 100 counts of RBC> 15 / HP, There were 197 cases of urine samples with microscopic examination of RBC <3 / HP (including 115 cases of calcium oxalate crystals and 82 cases of yeast-like fungus); UF - 100 counts of RBC <15 / HP, urine Ten samples were detected BLO positive, microscopic examination of RBC <3 / HP in 78 cases of urine specimens. Conclusion: Bacteriuria and calcium oxalate crystal urine affect the results of automatic red blood cell analyzer and urine red blood cell chemiluminescence analyzer.
