目的:建立线性扫描伏安法(LSV)和循环伏安法(CV)等电化学方法测定头孢拉定胶囊含量的方法。方法:工作电极为多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极(MWCNT/GCE),参比电极为Ag/AgC(l饱和KCl溶液)电极、辅助电极为铂丝电极。结果:在优化试验条件下,还原峰电流与头孢拉定浓度在5.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol·L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9973),检测限为1.7×10-6mol·L-1,平均加样回收率为99.8%,RSD=1.02%(n=9)。结论:该方法简单、快速、灵敏,可用于头孢拉定各种剂型的质量分析。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of cefradine capsules by electrochemical methods such as linear sweep voltammetry (LSV) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). Methods: The working electrode was a MWCNT / MWCNT modified electrode, the reference electrode was Ag / AgC (l saturated KCl solution) electrode, and the auxiliary electrode was a platinum wire electrode. Results: Under the optimum conditions, the peak current of reduction was linear with the concentration of cefradine in the range of 5.0 × 10-6 ~ 1.0 × 10-4 mol·L-1 (r = 0.9973), the detection limit was 1.7 × 10- 6mol·L-1, the average recovery was 99.8%, RSD = 1.02% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and sensitive and can be used for the quality analysis of cefradin tablets.
