目的为了解上海市虹口区育龄期妇女麻疹抗体水平,完善麻疹减毒活疫苗免疫策略提供依据。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验定量检测麻疹IgG抗体。结果上海市虹口区育龄期妇女麻疹抗体阳性率为88.68%,麻疹抗体几何平均浓度(Geometric Mean Concentration,GMC)为814.73IU/ml(国际单位/毫升);外来育龄期妇女麻疹抗体阳性率为91.81%,GMC为1376.24IU/ml。麻疹抗体阳性率、GMC有随年龄增长而下降趋势。结论应对育龄期妇女在生育前接种含麻疹成分的疫苗,提高育龄期妇女麻疹抗体水平。
Objective To understand the level of measles antibody in women of childbearing age in Hongkou District of Shanghai and improve the immunization strategy of attenuated live attenuated measles vaccine. Methods Quantitative detection of measles IgG antibody by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The positive rate of measles antibody in the women of childbearing age was 88.68% in Hongkou district of Shanghai. The Geometric Mean Concentration (GMC) of measles antibody was 814.73 IU / ml (International Unit / ml). The positive rate of measles antibody in foreign women of childbearing age was 91.81 %, GMC 1376.24IU / ml. The positive rate of measles antibody, GMC decreased with age. Conclusions Women of childbearing age should be vaccinated with measles before childbirth to improve the level of measles antibody in women of childbearing age.
