血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)是近年研究发现的生长因子家族成员。血管内皮生长因子受体3(VEGFR-3)是酪氨酸激酶受体。VEGF-C与VEGFR-3结合具有促进淋巴管、血管生成等作用,在人胚胎发育及正常生命活动中起重要作用。近来发现,其在淋巴结转移阳性的恶性肿瘤患者中表达显著增强,与许多肿瘤淋巴结转移密切相关,是影响预后的独立因素,可以作为肿瘤治疗的一个新靶点。VEGF-C及其受体与宫颈癌病程的进展,淋巴结转移的早期诊断、治疗等关系密切。
Vascular endothelial growth factor C (VEGF-C) is a member of the growth factor family found in recent years. Vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 3 (VEGFR-3) is a tyrosine kinase receptor. The combination of VEGF-C and VEGFR-3 promotes lymphangiogenesis and angiogenesis and plays an important role in human embryonic development and normal life activity. Recently, it has been found that it is significantly increased in patients with lymph node metastasis, which is closely related to many tumor lymph node metastases. It is an independent prognostic factor that can be used as a new target for cancer therapy. VEGF-C and its receptor and the progress of cervical cancer, early diagnosis and treatment of lymph node metastasis are closely related.
