目的研究不同频率耳鸣的掩蔽特点及耳鸣残疾度量化结果。方法对47例耳鸣患者进行耳鸣测试及掩蔽治疗,并填写耳鸣残疾度量化表。结果低频耳鸣的掩蔽曲线以重叠型为主,高频耳鸣的掩蔽曲线以汇聚型和重叠型为主;低频与高频耳鸣的残余抑制时间统计结果无明显差异;低频与高频耳鸣患者耳鸣残疾度量化表结果均以“功能的”得分较高。结论耳鸣掩蔽治疗的效果与频率无明显相关,耳鸣患者以功能性的下降为主。 Objective To study the masking characteristics of tinnitus at different frequencies and quantification of tinnitus disability. Methods Totally 47 patients with tinnitus were subjected to tinnitus test and masking treatment, and the tinnitus disability score was filled in. Results The masking curves of low frequency tinnitus were dominated by overlapping type. The masking curves of high frequency tinnitus were mainly convergent type and overlapping type. There was no significant difference in residual inhibitory time between low frequency and high frequency tinnitus. Metric table results are “function ” score higher. Conclusions The effect of tinnitus masking therapy has no significant correlation with the frequency, and the tinnitus patients are mainly functional decline.
