作者用改良的CFU-Mix甲基纤维素半固体培养法对正常人、慢性粒细胞白血病(CML)、急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)和急性粒细胞白血病(AML)患者的骨髓细胞进行了体外培养研究。结果:正常人集落产率显著高于非缓解期AML和ALL,低于CML。CML组显著高于AML和ALL组。正常人集簇产率低于CML,高于ALL和AML组。正常人培养物中一般均有CFU-Mix集落形成。AML的培养中的集落则多由白血病性细胞组成,细胞密集,扫描电镜下见细胞怪异,贴壁多突起。CML的CFU-Mix占13%,低于正常。FAB分
The authors used a modified CFU-Mix methylcellulose semi-solid culture of bone marrow cells in normal human, chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients were cultured in vitro the study. Results: The normal colony yield was significantly higher than non-remission AML and ALL, lower than CML. CML group was significantly higher than AML and ALL groups. The rate of normal population clustering was lower than that of CML and higher than that of ALL and AML groups. Normal CFU-Mix colonies are formed in normal human cultures.
