随着社会的发展与文化的变迁,“男主外女主内”、“男尊女卑”的观念已经与我们渐行渐远,女性越来越多地参与到社会活动中来,她们不但在职场成为佼佼者,也在消费领域成为中流砥柱。有调查显示,虽然目前酒店的商旅客源仍然是男性居多,占比60%以上,但进一步调研发现,49%的酒店预订决策权掌握在女性手中,同时随着女性在职场中的发展提升以及其在家庭中的作用,预计未来数年内,酒店客源中女性的比例会大幅提升。
