为了探析WN(Wildhaber-Novikov)齿轮传动的弯曲强度特征及失效原因,提出了基于WN齿轮多点啮合的齿根应力计算原理和方法。针对WN齿轮负载传动的点接触和弹性变形特征,建立了齿根弯曲强度分析模型。根据啮合过程中负载、啮合齿轮副和接触点数的变化进行了齿根弯曲应力的计算,利用有限元方法分析了啮合传动中螺旋角以及中心距误差等对最大齿根应力的影响,揭示了WN齿轮传动的失效原因和弯曲强度特征。通过齿根应力实验测试以及和渐开线齿轮的比较证实了本方法的可靠性。
In order to investigate the flexural strength characteristics and failure causes of WN (Wildhaber-Novikov) gear transmission, the calculation principle and method of tooth root stress based on WN gear multi-point meshing are proposed. According to the characteristics of point contact and elastic deformation of WN gear load transmission, the root bending strength analysis model was established. The root bending stress was calculated according to the change of load, meshing gears and contact points during meshing. The influence of helix angle and pitch error on the maximum tooth root stress was analyzed by finite element method. The results of WN Failure Causes and Flexural Strength Characteristics of Gear Transmission. The reliability of this method is confirmed by the test of tooth root stress and the comparison with involute gear.
