团队的远程合作增加了组织对新媒体沟通技术的依赖,团队成员越来越需要和熟悉程度不同的人一起工作。媒体沟通形态和团队熟悉度都在影响组织的沟通满意度和合作绩效。本文通过比较熟悉度不同的团队,使用CMC和FTF两种沟通方式完成观点创造型和决策型两种任务时的沟通满意度和合作绩效,研究团队熟悉度和沟通形态对合作绩效的影响,探索团队熟悉度、沟通形态和任务类型间的交互作用,以及沟通满意度和合作绩效间的相关关系。
Teams’ remote collaboration increases the organization’s reliance on new media communication technologies, and team members increasingly need to work with people with different levels of familiarity. Media communication and team familiarity are affecting the organization’s communication satisfaction and cooperation performance. In this paper, the author compares the communication satisfaction and cooperation performance of the two groups, which are creative and decision-making, using the CMC and FTF communication methods to compare the team familiarity, research team familiarity and communication form the impact on cooperation performance, explore Team familiarity, the interaction between communication patterns and task types, and the relationship between communication satisfaction and cooperation performance.
