珠海市作为珠江口、珠江三角洲的南部边缘、靠近世界著名赌城澳门的经济特区城市,一直以宜居城市作为发展的方向。而宜居城市是以交通条件、城市环境、空气质量、经济水平、社会治安等为标准进行评选,近几年来,随着城市居住人口和私家车的增加,城市交通和空气质量、社会治安等都出现了危机。面对这样的现状,如何有效的进行老城区改造就有利于提升珠海的形象、提高居民生活满意度,消除治安隐患。本文以其中一个比较突出的问题,老城区的老旧小区之间的次街道,完善步行绿化空间、实现车人分流,让这些老城区的次街道成为适宜步行、驻足、风景宜人的区域。
