目的探讨冠心病患者行护理饮食管控干预后对其营养状况的影响。方法2014年2月~2016年2月期间,选取我院收治的冠心病患者82例。按照随机数字表抽取法将患者均分成观察组和对照组,每组各41例,对照组患者常规护理干预,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上加强护理饮食管控干预,对两组患者血脂水平、总蛋白、体重指数及营养状况进行比较。结果观察组患者与对照组患者血脂水平、血清白蛋白、总蛋白、体重指数比较差异较大,且观察组患者各指标优势更加明显,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者营养状况评分为(23.62±2.12)分,对照组患者营养状况评分为(20.14±2.23)分,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对冠心病患者在治疗期间加强护理饮食管控干预能够有效改善营养状况,应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on the nutritional status of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods From February 2014 to February 2016, 82 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected. The patients were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table extraction method. Each group had 41 cases. The control group patients received routine nursing intervention. The observation group patients underwent nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The blood lipid levels , Total protein, body mass index and nutritional status were compared. Results The serum lipid, serum albumin, total protein and body mass index of patients in observation group and control group were significantly different, and the advantages of each index in observation group were more obvious with statistical significance (P <0.05). The observation group The score of nutritional status of patients was (23.62 ± 2.12) points, while the nutritional status score of control group was (20.14 ± 2.23) points, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion It is of great value to improve the nutritional status of patients with coronary heart disease by intensive nursing intervention during the treatment.
