本文对34例癫痫患者进行了抗癫痫药物苯巴比妥的血及唾液浓度的测定,作者认为从唾液中测定抗癫痫药物浓度具有采集标本方便、易为患者接受的优点,测定苯巴比妥药物浓度能反映血清中药物浓良,临床可以推广应用。
