介绍了“单渣返回”流程的设想、技术经济特点和本流程的一个方案——钢渣配比40%的主要工序半工业性单体试验的概况。通过试验,得到了碱度3.0的钢渣烧结矿和含钒2.5%的生铁;吹出了V_2O_5 40%的高钒渣;炼出了含钒40%的钒铁。试验表明:各工序行程顺利、工艺稳定、再现性强。 技术经济分析说明,本流程在技术上是可行的。与双联法流程比较,成本低,能耗少,节省资源,可大幅度降低钒铁成本。 对两种提钒流程进行了综合评价。
The concept of “single slag return” process, technical and economic characteristics and a scheme of this process are introduced - the overview of the main process semi-industrial monomer test with 40% slag ratio. Through the experiment, the slag sinter with basicity of 3.0 and the pig iron containing 2.5% vanadium were obtained. High vanadium slag containing 40% V_2O_5 was blown out and vanadium iron containing 40% vanadium was produced. Tests show that: the process of smooth stroke, process stability, reproducibility. Technical and economic analysis shows that this process is technically feasible. Compared with the double process, low cost, less energy consumption and resource saving can greatly reduce the cost of ferrovanadium. The two vanadium extraction process were evaluated.
