根据合金化原理确定了以中碳、高铬、多元合金化设计的少无莱氏体钢 5Cr8Mo2WSiV ,用来制造林业削片刀 ,对其热处理工艺性能及其力学性能进行了系统研究。结果表明 ,奥氏体转变温度在 840℃~ 85 0℃ ,Ms点在 190℃~ 2 30℃之间 ,回火时在5 0 0℃左右有明显的二次硬化现象。根据木材旋切刀的服役条件及其使用性能要求及该钢的热处理特点 ,经优化的热处理工艺为 :10 2 0℃加热淬火 +(5 0 0~ 5 2 0 )℃× 2h回火 2次。为避免回火脆性 ,回火后需油冷 ,从而可获得良好的硬度、弯曲强度和冲击性能 ,满足了木材旋切刀片的使用要求。 5Cr8Mo2WSiV钢是一种特别适合于机用重负荷的木业加工刀具新材料
Based on the alloying principle, the 5Cr8Mo2WSiV, which is of low carbon steel, high chromium and multi-alloying design, was designed to manufacture forestry shaving knives. The heat treatment process performance and mechanical properties were systematically studied. The results show that the austenite transformation temperature is between 840 ℃ and 85 0 ℃ and the Ms point is between 190 ℃ and 230 ℃. There is obvious secondary hardening phenomenon at about 500 ℃ during tempering. According to the service conditions of wood rotary cutter and its performance requirements and the heat treatment characteristics of the steel, the optimized heat treatment process is as follows: heating at 10 2 0 ℃ + (5 0 0 ~ 5 2 0) ℃ 2h tempering 2 times . In order to avoid temper brittleness, oil cooling after tempering, which can get good hardness, bending strength and impact properties, to meet the use of wood rotary blade requirements. 5Cr8Mo2WSiV steel is a particularly suitable machine heavy duty wood processing tool new material
