介绍了电磁感应式含水率传感器的原理和结构,它的静、动态实验和数据分析,证明此传感器既可以测水中的油亦可测油中的水。由于采用双传感器的结构,一个作为取样,一个作为测量,用取电压法测结果,因此,克服了矿化度和温度的影响。此传感器以磁力线为载体,采用非接触测量,具有不黏污、不腐蚀特点,因而可用于三元复合驱产出井和稠油井的含水率测量。
The principle and structure of the electromagnetic sensor moisture content sensor are introduced. Its static and dynamic experiments and data analysis show that the sensor can measure the water in the water as well as the oil in the oil. Due to the dual-sensor architecture, one as a sample, one as a measurement, and the voltmeter method as a result, thus overcoming the effects of salinity and temperature. The sensor uses the magnetic field line as the carrier and adopts the non-contact measurement, which has the characteristics of non-sticky dirt and non-corrosive. Therefore, it can be used for measuring the water content of ASP wells and heavy oil wells.
