当前的社会发展背景下,我国的社会经济呈现着飞速的发展态势,企业在此社会形势下,实现着高效的发展和运作,这一过程中,离不开技术和管理两方面的支持,此时,我国的企业内部管理模式和经营模式也深受外界环境的影响,从而逐渐的发生变化,现阶段,我国的企业管理模式已经演变为新形式,管理理念体现出战略化、信息化和人性化的特色,已经由传统的“事”式管理,逐步向“人”的方向转变,基于此,本文主要针对管理理论下的企业管理模式的创新趋势加以分析,同时提出了相应的思考和建议,以下为详述。
