城市化进程的加快,人们向城镇的大量人口涌入,为满足人口发展需求和节约土地资源,越来越多的城镇出现了高层建筑,而不完善的建筑消防导致近年来群死群伤火灾事故频发。火灾事故的发生直接与消防安全挂钩,特别是楼层高、人员多、功能复杂的高层建筑,一旦发生火灾,威胁群众安全疏散的危险性因素也越多,大大增加了火灾发生率和人员伤亡率。本文针对高层住宅建筑消防安全中存在的问题,提出了一些安全措施,以期推动消防安全发展。
