大学生主观幸福感的状况是大学生生活质量的反映,对其身心健康及其发展存在积极影响。结果表明:首先,有良好的体育锻炼和长期的体育锻炼不仅可以促进人身体上的健康,更能使人在精神层面上得到较好的锻炼;其次,不同的生活环境对于生活满意度也有不同的态度,从小离开父母独立于学校,社会的生存,更能较早的适应社会,提高主观幸福感。
The status of college students’ subjective well-being is a reflection of the quality of life of college students and has a positive impact on their physical and mental health and their development.
