IL-35是一种新发现的由Treg细胞特异性产生的IL-12家族新成员,结构上由p35和EBI3亚基组成。IL-35是Treg细胞发挥最大抑制效应所必需的一种抑制性细胞因子。IL-35可扩增Treg细胞数量,诱导iTR35细胞产生和促进Thl细胞分化,还可以抑制效应性T细胞产生和抑制Th17细胞分化,在自身免疫性疾病、病毒感染和真菌感染中发挥着重要作用。该文综述了IL-35的产生机制及其在自身免疫性疾病和感染性疾病中的调控机制。
IL-35 is a newly discovered new member of the IL-12 family that is specifically produced by Treg cells and is structurally composed of the p35 and EBI3 subunits. IL-35 is an inhibitory cytokine necessary for Treg cells to exert their maximum inhibitory effect. IL-35 can amplify the number of Treg cells, induce the production of iTR35 cells and promote the differentiation of Th1 cells. It can also inhibit the production of effector T cells and inhibit the differentiation of Th17 cells, playing an important role in autoimmune diseases, viral infections and fungal infections . This article reviews the mechanism of IL-35 production and its regulatory mechanisms in autoimmune and infectious diseases.
