为了认真学习贯彻党的十七大精神和自治区第十次党代会精神,实现宁夏经济社会跨越式发展,宁夏区党委党史研究室应共产党人杂志社的约请,编写了《解放思想,真抓实干,奋力开创我区跨越式发展的新局面——宁夏回族自治区党的十六大以来大事记》。这个大事记集中体现了党的十六大以来五年间,自治区党委、政府带领全区广大干部群众,坚持以邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,深入贯彻落实科学发展观,解放思想,真抓实干,聚精会神搞建设,一心一意谋发展的奋进脚步;展示了我区回汉人民在改革、发展的关键时期,振奋精神、抢抓机遇,攻坚克难、爬坡追赶的历史轨迹。本期刊出《宁夏回族自治区党的十六大以来大事记》,通过回顾五年来,我区经济社会发展的辉煌成就,激励全区干部群众在党的十七大精神鼓舞下,进一步解放思想,理清思路,求真务实,奋力开创我区跨越式发展的新局面。
In order to conscientiously study and implement the spirit of the 17th CPC Congress and the Tenth Party Congress in the autonomous region, and realize the leapfrog economic and social development in Ningxia, the Party History Research Office of Ningxia District Party Committee, at the invitation of the Communist magazine, wrote a book entitled “Emancipating the Mind, Efforts should be made to create a new situation in leapfrog development in our district - A memorabilia since the 16th National Party Congress of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. This memorabilia epitomizes the five years since the party’s 16th National Congress. The party committees and governments in the autonomous region have led the cadres and masses in the region and are guided by Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thinking of the ’Three Represents,’ and thoroughly implement the scientific concept of development and liberation Thinking, working hard, concentrating on construction, whole-heartedly pursuing development and demonstrating the historical trajectory of the Hui people in our district at the crucial period of reform and development, exhilarating their spirit, seizing opportunities, tackling hardships and catching up with climbers. This issue of ”Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region Party Congress since the 16th anniversary memorandum", by reviewing the past five years, our region’s brilliant social and economic achievements, encourage cadres and the people in the region inspired by the 17th CPC National Congress, further emancipate the mind, Clear thinking, pragmatic and struggling to create a new situation in our region by leaps and bounds.
