三黎高速强至中风化板岩路基填筑技术研究

针对三黎高速沿线遇到的大量强至中风化板岩,通过压实试验、崩解试验及CBR强度试验研究,表明强至中风化板岩填料具有良好的压实性能,但其抵抗干湿循环及自然风化崩解能力较差,CBR值随浸水时间及干湿循环次数的增加而逐渐减小。随后开展了强至中风化板岩路基现场碾压试验研究,采用压实度、沉降差、E_(vd)以及K_(30)等多种方法对路基压实质量进行检测,探讨不同碾压机械、铺土厚度以及碾压遍数等施工参数组合对压实效果的影响,得到适用于依托工程路基填筑的施工工艺参数及质量控制标准;提出强至中风化板岩路基压实质量控制应以沉降差为主,并结合施工工艺参数来控制,同时用K_(30)、E_(vd)检测等手段来配合。该法可为类似软岩路基的质量控制、检测和评价提供参考。 According to the large number of strong to moderately weathered slate encountered along the Sanli Highway, compaction tests, disintegration tests and CBR tests show that the strong to moderately weathered slate filler has good compaction performance, but its resistance to dry and wet Cyclic and natural weathering ability of disintegration is poor, CBR value with the immersion time and the number of wet and dry cycles and gradually reduce.
