目的了解军队综合医院产科病房产妇陪护现状,寻找管理对策,提高管理效能。方法采取自行设计的产科病房陪护问卷,对64例产妇的127名陪护人员进行调查,分析陪护人员的构成状况及其陪护原因。结果陪护原因中担心母婴病情占47.24%、照顾产妇生活起居29.92%、担心母婴安全15.75%、亲友帮忙7.08%;陪护人员中未经专业培训者占88.98%,护理知识与技术的获得70.08%来自产妇入院后医护人员的健康教育。结论军队产科病房陪护问题较多,要仔细分析陪护现状,采取多种对策,提高陪护管理质量。
Objective To understand the status quo of maternity in obstetric wards of military general hospitals, find management strategies and improve management efficiency. Methods A self-designed obstetric ward questionnaire was used to investigate the companion status of 127 accompanying persons in 64 maternity wards and their accompanying reasons. The results were accompanied by the reasons for maternal and child health care accounted for 47.24%, take care of mothers living 29.92%, worry about maternal and child safety 15.75%, relatives and friends to help 7.08%; accompany personnel without professional training accounted for 88.98%, nursing knowledge and technology access to 70.08 % From health care workers after admission to hospital maternal health education. Conclusion There are many problems in the obstetrics wards of the armed forces. Careful analysis should be given to the current situation of escorting and various countermeasures should be taken to improve the quality of accompanying care management.
