以当前供给侧改革的政策背景和深圳市725家工业企业的调查分析,从实证的角度剖析了当前供给侧改革背景下产业政策调整的基本方向。从产业政策调整的工具性维度来看,“降成本”和“补短板”应该成为当前产业政策调整的基本关注点。从产业政策调整的目的性维度来看,当前的产业政策仍是以“挑选赢家实现赶超”为主体的产业政策,未来加快向“建构市场机制”转换将成为产业政策调整的主要选项。
Based on the policy background of the current supply-side reform and the investigation and analysis of 725 industrial enterprises in Shenzhen, the paper analyzes the basic direction of industrial policy adjustment under the current supply-side reform from an empirical point of view.
