安全阀是电力、石油化工企业中承压设备中一种常用而又重要的超压保护装置。目前,受校验方法及校验设备等方面的限制,绝大多数安全阀都采用离线校验的方式,即将安全阀拆卸下来,放到专用的安全阀校验台架上进行校验。从以往的安全阀校验过程中发现,现有的安全阀离线校验方法存在以下几方面的问题~([1,2]):1)安全阀校验台体积庞大笨重,不便于偏远区域企业安全阀的校验工作。2)采用压力表的读数方式,导致检测结果不准确;校验过程的数据无据可查,校验结果的可信度较低。由于校验结果只是由某一操作人员在某一瞬间读
Safety valve is a commonly used and important over-pressure protection device in pressure equipment of power and petrochemical enterprises.
