在北京市制药工业研究所党委领导下,经广大工人和科研人员的努力,环己亚硝脲(CCNU)很快试制成功。一年多来我院神经外科曾在临床试用,共治疗8例病人,初步看来CCNU对恶性脑瘤治疗是有一定疗效的,现总结如下。在这8例病人中,男性4例,女性4例,皆经过开颅手术病理检验证实,其中多形性胶质母细胞瘤3例(内1例术后复发),星形细胞瘤3例(内2例术后复发),胶质细胞瘤1例(术后复发),肺癌脑转移1例,经过放射治疗5例,其中4例明显复发,未经
Under the leadership of the party committee of Beijing Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry, with the efforts of the vast numbers of workers and researchers, the trial of cycloheximide (CCNU) soon succeeded.
