高速泳动族蛋白-1(HMGB1)是一种广泛存在于真核生物中且高度保守的核蛋白,在组织损伤和细胞应激状态下可以被释放至细胞外基质之中,除作为炎症递质参与免疫反应外,也介导成体干细胞的迁移,促进多种组织的修复和再生。本文就HMGB1和高级糖基化终末产物受体(RAGE)的结构及生化特点、HMGB1对成体干细胞迁移的影响、HMGB1/RAGE信号转导途径等作一综述,为研究牙髓干细胞迁移、牙髓损伤的修复提供新的方向。
