“一带一路”是一种合作发展的理念与倡议。共同建立“一带一路”不仅适应全球化的发展大趋势,还有助于维护世界经济和全球贸易体系,并且有利于实现市场资源的合理有效配置。随着短期内经济的腾飞,东北亚区域合作已经成为受世界瞩目的具有巨大开发潜力的活力地区。“一带一路”与东北亚区域合作是相近相通、具有良好的相互影响的两个系统。实现“一带一路”与东北亚区域合作的融合,有利于带动域内各国以及世界经济的发展与社会的进步,但是二者的融合过程中又面临着多方面的阻碍,要实现二者的完美对接,域内各国就要同心协力,增强彼此的政治信任,承担起各自的责任义务,共同致力于东北亚区域大合作的实现。 “Belt and Road” is a concept and initiative of cooperation and development. The joint establishment of the “Belt and Road” not only accommodates the trend of globalization, but also helps maintain the world economy and the global trading system and is conducive to the rational and efficient allocation of market resources. With the rapid economic growth in the short term, the Northeast Asian regional cooperation has become a vitality area with tremendous development potential that has attracted worldwide attention. “Belt and Road” and the Northeast Asian regional cooperation are two similar systems that are closely interlinked and have good mutual influence. The integration of realizing the “Belt and Road” and Northeast Asian regional cooperation will be conducive to promoting the economic development and social progress of all countries in the region as well as the world at large. However, there are many obstacles in the process of their integration. Perfect docking, all countries in the region should work together to enhance mutual political trust, assume their respective responsibilities and obligations, work together to achieve the great cooperation in Northeast Asia.
