目的研究Wistar大鼠对照组、高脂组及2型糖尿病(DM-2)模型组的粪样代谢物谱变化,从代谢组学的角度区分2型糖尿病(DM-2)模型。方法采用超高效液相色谱-质谱(UPLC-MS)技术对对照组、高脂组及2型糖尿病(DM-2)模型组的大鼠粪样代谢物谱进行分析测定。采用主成分分析(PCA)模型对对照组、高脂组及2型糖尿病(DM-2)模型组的大鼠进行分类。结果对照组、高脂组及2型糖尿病(DM-2)模型组的大鼠粪样代谢物谱存在明显差别。发现了3个潜在的生物标记物。结论粪样代谢物指纹图谱的研究可成功用于2型糖尿病模型的鉴别,为临床诊断提供依据。
Objective To investigate the changes of fecal metabolites profiles in Wistar rats, control group, hyperlipidemia group and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM-2) model group, and to differentiate type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM-2) from the perspective of metabolomics. Methods The metabolite profiles of fecal samples of rats in control group, hyperlipidemia group and DM-2 model group were analyzed by UPLC-MS. The principal component analysis (PCA) model was used to classify rats in the control group, hyperlipidemia group and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM-2) model group. Results There was a significant difference in metabolite profiles of fecal samples between control group, hyperlipidemia group and DM-2 model group. Three potential biomarkers were found. Conclusion The study on fingerprinting metabolites of fecal samples can be successfully used in the identification of type 2 diabetes mellitus and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis.
