采用有限元软件ANSYS对JCL-3×1800液压剪板机机架施加移动载荷,分析机架在各个载荷步下的变形、等效应力、等效应变,结果表明机架危险截面的最大等效应力在30~50 MPa之间,而机架屈服极限为235 MPa,因此机架结构满足强度要求。以有限元分析的结果为基础,提出4种结构改进方案,并分别进行分析,得到较优的方案,为机架的结构改进提供依据。
The finite element software ANSYS is applied to the JCL-3 × 1800 hydraulic shearing machine frame, and the deformation, equivalent stress and equivalent strain of the frame under various load steps are analyzed. The results show that the maximum equivalent effect of the dangerous cross-section of the frame The force is between 30 and 50 MPa, while the frame yield limit is 235 MPa, so the frame structure meets the strength requirements. Based on the results of finite element analysis, four kinds of structural improvement schemes are put forward and analyzed respectively to get a better scheme, which can provide the basis for the structural improvement of the frame.
