×××同志:您好! 我们是江西省上饶县城103地块上的被拆迁户。在我国城市房屋拆迁法律、法规日渐完善的今天,至今我们却正遭遇着“霸王”拆迁。 具体事实:我们的房屋都是自建房,所在地位于县城七六西路北侧,阳光花园西边。2003年10月23日,上饶县旭日工业园区土地协调办公室(房屋拆迁办公室),以上饶县城镇房屋拆迁办公室的名义,发布房屋拆迁公告(把我们房屋所在地命名为103地块),但公告中无拆迁人.无补偿标准及土地用途,只有拆迁范围和被拆迁人于11月16日前完成搬迁的要求。2004年2月11日,
