讨论高分子溴系阻燃剂和三氧化二锑对PET合金材料性能和相结构的影响。结果表明:溴化环氧树脂和三氧化二锑的加入降低了PET合金材料的热稳定性;垂直燃烧结果表明:溴-锑协同阻燃使PET达V-0级;溴化环氧树脂的加入使PET的结晶度降低,而三氧化二锑的加入增加了PET的结晶度;溴化环氧树脂和三氧化二锑的加入均提高PET合金的拉伸强度和模量;DSC和SEM结果表明:PET与溴化环氧树脂的相容性较差,使回收PET合金的缺口冲击强度和断裂伸长率显著下降。
The effects of brominated flame retardants and antimony trioxide on the properties and phase structure of PET alloy were discussed. The results showed that the addition of brominated epoxy resin and antimony trioxide reduced the thermal stability of the PET alloy. The results of vertical combustion showed that the synergistic flame retardancy of bromine-antimony made PET reach V-0. The brominated epoxy resin The addition of PET reduced the crystallinity and the addition of antimony trioxide increased the crystallinity of PET. The addition of brominated epoxy resin and antimony trioxide increased the tensile strength and modulus of PET alloy. The DSC and SEM results It shows that the compatibility between PET and brominated epoxy resin is poor, and the notched impact strength and elongation at break of recycled PET alloy decrease significantly.
