二次供水已经成为我国城市中饮用水和海上作业船舶饮用水主要的甚至是最重要的来源。二次供水若受到污染,一些微生物引起的疾病可以通过水进行传播。二次供水还可能传播动物源性传染病,微量元素过多容易引起身体脏器的功能改变,严重的甚至引起中毒。所以做好二次供水水质的监测工作,保障二次供水不受污染,是保障饮水群众身体健康的重要内容。厦门市作为国家级卫生城市,并实施“以港立市”战略,做好厦门港区船舶二次供水水质保障工作刻不容缓。为此作者希望通过定期调查研究和水质检测,作为船舶卫生监督的技术指标,为船舶检疫模式改变提供科学依据。目前,国内外关于船舶二次供水的研究较少。该文综述了近10年来国内外有关二次供水现状、管理模式以及一些港口船舶生活饮用水的卫生状况的研究,便于厦门港区国内船舶二次供水检测结果分析的开展。
Secondary water supply has become the primary and perhaps the most important source of potable water for drinking and marine vessels in our cities. If the secondary water supply is contaminated, some microbial-borne diseases can be spread by water. Secondary water supply may also spread zoonotic diseases. Excessive trace elements may cause changes in the function of body organs and may even cause serious poisoning. Therefore, secondary water supply quality monitoring work to protect the secondary water supply from pollution, is to protect the health of the people drinking water an important part. Xiamen City, as a national health city, and the implementation of “Harbor City ” strategy, do a good job in Xiamen port water quality protection of secondary water supply without delay. To this end, the author hopes to provide scientific basis for the quarantine mode change of the ship through regular investigation and research and water quality testing as the technical indicator of the ship health supervision. At present, there are few researches on secondary water supply at home and abroad. This paper summarizes the domestic and foreign research on the current status and management mode of secondary water supply and sanitary status of drinking water in some ports at home and abroad in the past 10 years so as to facilitate the analysis of the results of secondary water supply test in Xiamen Port.
