采用正交设计法和多指标综合评分法,以除杂量和总酚酸保留率为指标,优化丹参水提液醇沉工艺中初始药液密度、加入乙醇的浓度、搅拌速度和乙醇加入速度4个工艺参数。最佳工艺为:450 r/min搅拌下,将90%乙醇以60.9 ml/min的速度加至初始密度为1.20 g/ml的丹参水提液中,至溶液中乙醇终浓度为80%。3批样品醇沉后的除杂量为6.03 g,总酚酸保留率为67.2%。
Orthogonal design method and multi-index comprehensive grading method were used to optimize the initial liquid density in the ethanol precipitation process of Salvia miltiorrhiza water extract by adding the concentration of ethanol, stirring speed and ethanol adding rate 4 process parameters. The optimum conditions were: stirring at 450 r / min, 90% ethanol was added to the aqueous extract of Salvia miltiorrhiza with a initial density of 1.20 g / ml at a rate of 60.9 ml / min until the final concentration of ethanol was 80%. After 3 batches of samples alcohol precipitation of 6.03 g, the total phenolic acid retention rate of 67.2%.
