目的 观察累及视路的颅脑肿瘤患者在进行三维适形放疗后,视觉诱发电位的变化。方法 选取累及视路的颅脑肿瘤16例,进行三维适形放疗,在放疗前、放疗结束时、放疗后6、12个月进行视觉诱发电位检查。结果 放疗结束时、放疗后6、12个月视觉诱发电位P100波波幅及潜伏期与放疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 三维适形放疗治疗颅脑肿瘤安全、有效,在杀灭肿瘤细胞的同时可以最大程度保护周围正常组织的功能。
Objective To observe the changes of visual evoked potentials after three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in patients with craniocerebral tumors involving the visual pathway. Methods Sixteen cases of craniocerebral tumors involving the visual pathway were selected for three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy. Visual evoked potentials were examined before radiotherapy, at the end of radiotherapy and 6 and 12 months after radiotherapy. Results At the end of radiotherapy, the amplitude and latency of P100 wave at 6 and 12 months after radiotherapy were not significantly different from those before radiotherapy (P> 0.05). Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy for the treatment of brain tumors is safe and effective. It can kill tumor cells and protect the function of surrounding normal tissues to the maximum extent.
