目的:观察凹凸棒复合氯消毒剂的消毒效果和安全性。方法:将凹凸棒复合氯消毒剂和强力消毒灵按照不同的稀释度稀释后,与金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、鼠伤寒沙门氏菌、蜡样芽孢杆菌、禽巴氏杆菌、丝状霉形体山羊亚种、鸡新城疫病毒、猪瘟病毒兔化弱毒分别作用不同时间,检测其抑菌、杀毒效果。通过急性毒性试验、皮肤刺激性试验和急性眼刺激试验评价该消毒剂的安全性。结果:凹凸棒复合氯消毒剂在不同稀释倍数下对细菌和病毒有一定的抑制和杀灭作用,且无明显毒性。结论:凹凸棒复合氯消毒剂对细菌和病毒有抑制和杀灭作用,且安全、有效。
Objective: To observe the disinfection effect and safety of attapulgite compound chlorine disinfectant. Methods: The attapulgite complex chlorine disinfectant and potent disinfectant were diluted according to different dilutions, then mixed with Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, Bacillus cereus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Species, Newcastle disease virus, swine fever virus attenuated rabbit poisoning at different times, testing its antimicrobial, anti-virus effect. The safety of this disinfectant was evaluated by acute toxicity test, skin irritation test and acute eye irritation test. Results: The attapulgite compound chlorine disinfectant has certain inhibitory and killing effects on bacteria and virus at different dilution times, and has no obvious toxicity. Conclusions: Attapulgite compound chlorine disinfectant can inhibit and kill bacteria and viruses and is safe and effective.
