目的:分析2001-2009年通辽市孕产妇死亡原因及相关因素,探讨降低孕产妇死亡的对策与措施。方法:根据通辽市妇幼卫生监测报表和孕产妇死亡报告卡,对孕产妇死亡调查结果进行分析。结果:87例死亡孕产妇中,产科出血为死亡的主要原因,占56.2%;内科合并心脏病和妊娠高血压疾病分别占17.9%和14.9%,是第二大死因。孕产妇死亡还与居住地区、交通状况、文化程度、孕产次、孕期保健、死亡地点等诸多因素相关。结论:提高政府支持,加强妇幼保健三级网建设,提高妇幼卫生服务能力;加强专业知识培训,提高专业技术人员知识技能,加强产科能力建设,提高产科服务质量;加强孕产期保健,广泛开展健康教育,采取有针对性的防治措施,有效控制产科出血等孕产妇死亡主要死因的发生率,是降低孕产妇死亡的重要措施。 Objective: To analyze the causes and related factors of maternal mortality in Tongliao City from 2001 to 2009, and to discuss the countermeasures and measures to reduce maternal mortality.
