从电子治理和治理能力现代化的内涵、特征出发,分析两者之间的相关性和契合性,认为发展电子治理是推进治理能力现代化建设的有效途径和必然选择,也是完善国家治理体系的必然要求。 Starting with the connotation and characteristics of the modernization of electronic governance and governance capabilities, this paper analyzes the correlation and compatibility between the two and considers that the development of electronic governance is an effective way and an inevitable choice for promoting the modernization of governance capacity and also a necessary requirement for improving the national governance system .
