盐酸羟考酮属于半合成阿片类药物,其属于阿片μ和κ受体激动剂,具有较好的蛋白结合率,静脉给药起效快,脂溶性低,较少引起患者躁动,临床镇痛效果好,呼吸抑制的发生率低,能缓解中、重度疼痛。舌癌是临床常见的口腔颌面外科疾病,恶性程度高,易发生颈部转移,临床常采用舌颌颈联合根治术进行治疗,但手术治疗必然会引起术后疼痛,降低患者的生活质量。
