随着分户采暖供热的实施,为了解决采暖管道占用空间,影响室内装修的问题,居民小区的室内采暖管道都普遍采用各种塑料管,便于地埋施工。但塑料地埋管采暖系统产生了一些人们预先没有考虑到的问题。及时搜集、交流地埋管采暖系统在设计、施工中出现的问题,分析这些问题产生的原因,最终找到解决问题方法,才能避免一些存在重大质量隐患的设计、施工方案在新工程中出现。本文根据实践充分肯定一些可靠的工艺,修改、补充和完善现有设计、施工及验收规范,阐述当前采暖工程中地埋管采暖系统设计、施工中的问题及解决的办法。
With the implementation of separate household heating and heating, in order to solve the space occupied by heating pipelines and affect the interior decoration, indoor plastic heating pipes in residential quarters are generally used to facilitate underground construction. However, the plastic underground tube heating system produced some problems that people did not consider beforehand. Timely collection, exchange of buried pipe heating system in the design, construction problems, analyze the causes of these problems, and ultimately find a solution to the problem, in order to avoid the existence of major quality risks of design, construction programs appear in the new project. This article fully affirms some reliable processes based on practice, and modifies, supplements, and perfects existing design, construction, and acceptance specifications, and elaborates problems and solutions in the design, construction, and construction of buried pipe heating systems in current heating projects.
