不同根瘤菌对紫花苜蓿产量及相关性状的影响

为了筛选出适合宁夏北部灌区紫花苜蓿接种的根瘤菌,试验采用3134141、N1101、352001、中农1号这4种根瘤菌对金皇后紫花苜蓿进行根瘤菌接种试验。结果表明:选用3137141和N1101这2种根瘤菌时,其幼苗结瘤率和结瘤数量分别比对照提高98%、94%和169%、150%,其干草产量、株高等分别比对照提高37.61%、20.82%和15.58%、12.99%。说明对宁夏北部灌区紫花苜蓿接种这2种根瘤菌可以明显提高紫花苜蓿的生产性能,适宜大面积推广使用。 In order to select rhizobia suitable for alfalfa inoculation in Northern Irrigated Area of ​​Ningxia, the rhizobia inoculation experiments were conducted on four gold-tolerant alfalfa varieties (3134141, N1101, 352001 and Zhongnong 1). The results showed that the nodulation rate and nodulation of seedlings were increased by 98%, 94% and 169%, 150% respectively when the two rhizobia strains 3137141 and N1101 were selected. The hay yield and plant height were increased by 37.61 %, 20.82% and 15.58%, 12.99%. This indicated that inoculation of these two kinds of rhizobia could effectively improve the performance of alfalfa and could be popularized widely.
