立法协商被写入十八届三中全会《决议》,国内对立法协商的理论与实践也进行了多年探索,但是对立法协商还有进一步梳理的必要。只有这样,才能有利于立法协商的健康发展。
The legislative consultation was written into the “Resolution” of the Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. There have also been many explorations in the domestic theory and practice of the legislative consultation, but there is still a need to further sort out the consensus on the law. Only in this way can the healthy development of legislative consultation be facilitated.
