目的:探讨糖尿病患者尿沉渣中有形成分的变化情况及其临床意义。方法:利用XJX-1A细胞计数形态综合分析仪对125名正常体检者1、224例糖尿病患者(分为无肾病并发症、糖尿病肾病轻、中、重四组)的尿沉渣进行分析。结果:糖尿病合并肾病的患者的尿沉渣中红细胞、白细胞、管型及小圆上皮细胞明显高于正常对照(P<0.05),且异形红细胞明显增多,各患者组间管型和小圆上皮细胞也有显著性差异(P<0.05),随着糖尿病肾病的加重尿沉渣中小圆上皮细胞增多管型反而减少甚至消失;重度的糖尿病肾病者易致霉菌感染。结论:利用XJX-1A细胞计数.形态综合分析仪对尿沉渣有形成分分析对糖尿病肾病的诊断、疾病的进程以及疗效观察有重要意义。
Objective: To investigate the changes of tangible components in urinary sediment in patients with diabetes mellitus and its clinical significance. Methods: Urinary sediment in 1,224 normal subjects with diabetes (divided into no complications of nephropathy, mild, moderate, and severe diabetic nephropathy) was analyzed by XJX-1A cell counting morphology analyzer. Results: The urinary sediment, urine leucocyte, tubular and small round epithelial cells in patients with diabetes mellitus and nephropathy were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.05), and the number of dystrophic red blood cells was significantly increased. The tubular and small round epithelial cells There was also a significant difference (P <0.05), with the increase of diabetic nephropathy urinary sediment in the small round of epithelial cells increased tubular but reduced or disappeared; severe diabetic nephropathy prone to mold infection. Conclusion: The use of XJX-1A cell count morphometric analyzer urine sediment component analysis of diabetic nephropathy diagnosis, disease progression and the efficacy of observation is of great significance.
