高校基层党组织工作始终是围绕教育教学活动开展并为其提供保障,构建合理科学有效的高校基层党组织工作考核评价体系,确保高校基层党组织的先进性,对高校工作的健康稳定发展具有重要意义。本文主要是针对目前高校基层党组织工作考核评价中存在的问题进行分析,并提出评价体系的改进建议。
